I'm still 6 foot 2, but I’m down to 226 on the scale this morning friends…slow and steady…12 pounds down from my fattest moment about 4-5 months ago

My diet motto:
“All meat and veg, and no carbs except Yuenglings”

Try it friends....it’s slow, but it works and it’s REAL weight loss…not that fly by night temporary weight loss you see on the last night infomercials

Get the burger, but just don’t eat the bun.....you don’t even miss it after a while.
